Sport Specific Classes
Are you involved in a sport already? Why not ask about our sport specific classes- we can tailor a sports conditioning class to most sports, helping you gain the competitive advantage in your chosen sport, or even just to help you reach your own personal goal!
For example- for team sports such as hockey, football, rugby and soccer, we can help you develop your change of direction skills- thus allowing you to quickly turn around and dodge out of your opponents way, or if you manage to gain possession for your team, you can quickly change direction and be the main instigator in winning that most important goal!
For individual sports, such as swimming or gymnastics, we can adapt the session to really strengthen, stretch and improve your overall flexibility thus allowing you to be your best!
Above all, within any sports you’ll need good balance, core strength and flexibility to enable you to be as fast and tricky for your opponents as possible!
